All vehicle rentals are governed by a comprehensive Rental Agreement that you will receive upon booking confirmation or at the time of vehicle pickup. In the event of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. The vehicle should only be used for its intended purpose and within established passenger and weight limits. Travel outside the designated geographic boundaries requires prior authorization.

Liability Limitations
